Welcome to Organic-Fitness.com! Our mission is to provide you with in-depth information on natural eating, a large variety of natural conditioning regimes and natural healing, propagating our belief in staying true to the organic lifestyle and bringing you back to your most “real”, or natural, state. This website is a work-in-progress, and will continue to expand.

What is the natural lifestyle? We at organic-fitness.com believe that today’s “advancements” in science and technology, while beneficial in many ways, have distracted people from our roots as human beings. We advocate spending as much time as possible in nature, exercising with little or no apparatus, healing naturally before seeking prescription medication, and eating as naturally as possible. “What’s old is new again, and what’s new becomes old.” We want you to rediscover what humans have known for centuries: you can get very strong and fit all on your own! You do not need a gym membership to attain incredible health. You just need the right knowledge (this is where we come in), and to put that knowledge into practice (this is where you come in!).

Throughout this website you will find pages dedicated to various individual sports and exercises categorized into natural, semi-natural, and non-natural, plus information on natural eating and natural healing. Browse through all the different pages. You are sure to find something new that you will fall in love with.

The information on this website is developed from a perspective of common sense, because you know how it goes... "common sense isn't so common"! Many people are busy and really don't have the time to devote to serious research to the subject of eating, exercising, and healing as naturally as possible. Heck, most people don't even really think about these things much. Job, school, family, politics, events, worries, and sickness consume most people's time so that they haven't really considered the possiblity that they are only living at a fraction of their potential optimal health!

That is why we have put this website together--so that you, the busy person, can understand how to get strong and healthy without having to purchase a gym membership, strain yourself through the latest fad diet, or depend on chemical medications. In fact, a large goal of this website is to get you so healthy that you potentially don't need prescriptions anymore--but let your doctor decide when you are healthy enough to go off your meds, if at all.
