The Squat Series:

There are many ways to perform Squats. The most basic is up down up down up down... like this. This builds incredible strength and stamina.



Work Frog Jumps for explosive power.



The 3 greatest stationary leg poses are:

Horse, a Kung Fu exercise

Lunge (used by sprinters). Do them without moving at first, then progress to Lunge Walking

and Po, another Kung Fu move.

So, get creative! Combine the Horse and Po into flowing, dynamic movements. Notice the two different styles of Po! Feet flat are more difficult to perform, so start with toes pointing up if necessary.
